About the role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders accurately, safely, and efficiently while representing the restaurant brand in a professional and customer‑focused manner. The role supports both on‑road delivery operations and in‑store tasks to ensure fast service and high customer satisfaction
What you'll need
Valid driver experience, route navigation, punctuality, safe handling of goods, and customer communication.
What you’ll do
Customer Service The Delivery Driver represents the brand off‑site and must provide friendly, efficient service at every delivery. This includes confirming orders with customers, handling basic queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at the door.
Order & Payment Accuracy The Driver is responsible for checking each order before leaving the store to ensure accuracy and completeness. All payments—cash, card, or app‑based—must be processed correctly and honestly, with no unauthorized charges or manual additions.
Cash Handling & Controls The Driver must safeguard all cash received during deliveries and return it promptly according to store procedures. Any discrepancies, shortages, or issues must be reported immediately, and no personal card machines or unauthorized payment tools may be used.
Delivery Protocols The Driver must follow routing, assignment sheets, and dispatch processes to ensure timely, efficient deliveries. Orders must be marked as delivered in the system, and drivers may not remove or reroute orders outside of procedure.
Store Operations Support When not on the road, the Driver assists with basic in‑store tasks such as packing orders, supporting dispatch, or helping maintain delivery areas. Cooperation with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team ensures fast service during peak periods.
Compliance & Safety Standards The Driver must follow all traffic laws, and uphold company safety protocols at all times. Professional appearance, adherence to uniform standards, and following all store policies help maintain trust and operational integrity
