The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and performance of the restaurant. This role ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service, operational compliance, food quality, team member development, and brand standards. The Restaurant Manager leads the restaurant team to achieve business targets while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Leadership experience in hospitality, team supervision, shift coordination, stock awareness, and customer service management.
What you’ll do
Operations Management Oversees all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow, equipment readiness, and store cleanliness. Ensures strict adherence to brand standards, hygiene protocols, and all opening/closing procedures. Maintains a consistent operational rhythm through effective checklists and compliance controls.
Financial & Business Performance Manages budgets, stock levels, and cost controls to drive profitability while analysing financial reports for trends and opportunities. Ensures accurate cash handling and banking procedures. Supports sales growth through effective planning and execution of promotions.
People Leadership & Development Leads, trains, and schedules team member to meet operational requirements while fostering a positive and productive working environment. Provides coaching, feedback, and performance management to build a capable and motivated team. Identifies development needs and supports ongoing skills growth.
Customer Experience Ensures every customer receives excellent service through consistent focus on food quality, speed, and hospitality. Handles customer feedback professionally and resolves issues quickly. Drives a customer-first culture that aligns with brand expectations.
Compliance & Governance Maintains full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and all relevant health, safety, and food regulations. Keeps documentation audit-ready and performs regular internal checks. Implements corrective actions promptly to ensure ongoing legal and operational compliance.
Marketing & Community Engagement Executes national and local store marketing activities to grow sales and strengthen brand presence. Builds strong relationships with customers and the community to enhance loyalty. Monitors local competition and provides insights to support strategic decisions
